Caroline Pearson, Professional Acupuncturist, BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, MBAcCI graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2012 after studying acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for 3 years. Since then I've completed post-graduate training in a number of areas including IVF support, natural fertility support and obstetrics/pregnancy support. As a professional acupuncturist registered with the British Acupuncture Council I complete a minimum of 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development each year,
Just prior to the pandemic I was fortunate to go on a study trip to Japan which has further influenced my treatments - they are now more gentle than ever!
I treat a wide range of conditions every day and I enjoy the challenge of not knowing what each day will being.
Rachael Hardiman, Professional Acupuncturist, BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, MBAcCI qualified with a BSc (Hons) Acupuncture in 2016 after studying for 3 years at the Northern College of Acupuncture. My interest in acupuncture began after several failed fertility treatments. I started to have acupuncture alongside IVF treatment and found it supported me both emotionally and physically in a way I'd never experienced before. I'm now the proud mum of twin girls.
I have a particular interest in emotional and mental wellbeing and how the body and mind affect each other and interconnect.
Prior to acupuncture I worked in both the mental health and refugee sectors, helping me to develop a deep understanding of human resilience and our ability to heal.
